The q is a snowball that he fires. His w is him drinking some hot chocolate. His e are snowman instead of barrels. And his r is snowfall and the death upgrade is a massive falling snowball. I would have some pictures but I'm a terrible at drawing.

Turn the R into a snowstorm, death upgrade could be a giant Ice chunk, give some nice VO and nice effects.

would be an effective 1850 skin.
