/remake in loading screen

have you ever qued into a ranked game, smashed that accept button and loaded into that champ select screen to see toxicity and possible afk threats? Have you ever felt like no matter what u do , u have to dodge the match or else your LP's going to flat line?

Well how about a /REMAKE mechanic in the_** Champ Select **_ , we have all been there where your Teammates are fighting over a lane and your the middle man trying not to lose any LP. At one point you probably have come across this playing league.

example: you load in to champ select , and the chat floods with toxicity, your gritting your teeth wondering if you will have to dodge another game just because of your teammates. An idea POPS in your head, " oh wait , i can just /remake in the loading screen " . So you type /remake in chat and a vote comes into play needing a majority vote to remake the match. 4 out of the five people say yes and your back to your home screen and relieved.

example2: Your in your promos, and all the sudden your team goes back and forth while u lay back in your chair in disbelief, you cant dodge or else you get a strike, so your forced to play a game with this toxic team from the start. /remake baby.

All i'm trying to say is that i myself have encountered to many people in the champ select that get off on a bad start that snowballs into the actual game, the worst feeling in losing a game is knowing it wont go well before the game even starts due to toxicity for me .
