New champ idea.

Passive- auto attacks apply a bleed, like a stack of darius' bleed, but increases the damage when they move, no stacks, refreshes on hits damage scales with bonus ad and level Q- some sort of targeted semi short dash like second part of ekko e, maybe slow the target W- cleave attack in front of him, passive applied to targets hit scales with bonus ad E- forward stab, hits only the first target hit if hit a champion, he twists the blade and it applies his passive. (Like improved yasuo q on a longer cd) scales with ad Ulti- chop off an arm, causes nice amount of damage and a massive bleed over a somewhat long duration (6-8 seconds), target cannot auto attack super long cooldown. Initial damage scales with bonus ad, bleed scales with total Lore: (outline not full story) Looked up to draven, not because of his flashy ways but his job as executioner for noxus, to show off his strength he started killing people he felt were guilty of a crime (most of the time they were minor crimes that didn't deserve execution) noxus actually locked him away for doing so where General Du Couteau wanted him to join his organization not for his skill but for his murderous intent and love of killing. He trained his skills with him and eventually wanted to join the league to compare his skills with talon, darius and, his old role model, draven.

Sound ok? I tried adding.weaknesses to his kit to make him completely broken but idk how i did.
