Voice Over Packs (Anouncer)

Now I understand the LCS and its fans, but I mainly watch the LCS for the shoutcasters (Phreak's corny ass is my favorite hands down) and the little themed shows and skits they do.

Now what I suggest is allow Phreak to do a voice over for everything our lady does now. Example, I'd LOVE to hear phreak go "QUUUAAAAAAAAAAAAAAdraaaaa killlll" with his voice crack and all after a quad.

Don't get me wrong, there is NOTHING wrong with the current lady, I love her and would switch back and forth between them.

Was also thinking of even champion voice overlays for the map, maybe creeper but I'd also like to hear Sona call out my doubles, triple etc. in her calm soothing voice. These could be unlocked after the highest level of "mastery" in game on a champion for a large amount of IP (2-5k for example) OR just flat RP like the other voice packs.

I understand this being RP Only though, but giving the option with mastery bonus would be nice for the true "mains" who eat, sleep, breathe their beloved champions
