Refund system

I have been playing league for a while now and have really been enjoying it but I don't always have time to grind out the ip and I don't enjoy spending 10 dollars for one champ. Then I discovered the refund system and decided to use it and then when I ran out of refunds it was right back to the idea of grinding tons of hours to get 1 champ or spend excessive amounts on rp to buy those champs with real money. So I came up with the idea of being able to buy refunds for rp but not a lot maybe a couple dollars a refund because not only would I be spending a lot on stuff I never earned I could get back the work that I had grinded for to get something that I think is better for half the cost.
