Customize-able Skins!

Hey guys, I had this idea a few days ago concerning champion's and their current skin pools. While some champions have an excess of 5+ skins some of them have only 2. Lets take for example. My idea would be to give champions their own customization features! So, what i mean by this is, keeping with , perhaps her only other skin (Mafia Jinx)(to my knowledge) doesn't appeal to me. Then I am kinda stuck with the basic skin. But, what if i could buy/purchase a new hair color for her or a new color ultimate rocket! All these potential customizations would be made and implemented by Riot and there would be set customizable features to choose from. The implications of this are almost limitless! Changing 's light shots to different colors or even a rotating rainbow shot. Now the parts of skins that are already available can or will not be broken down into individual parts for purchase depending on Riot's take on all this. In thinking about this more, I found that i wouldn't want the champion to become unrecognizable or their skill shots be likewise so i'd say limiting this to aspects like hair, or minor locked-target moves wouldn't make a difference in dodging or recognizing them at all. It would just look more appealing in the eyes of the summoner. Once looks are out of the way then maybe this could lead into purchasable quotes for some champions or even a new buy-able dance for one. I feel Riot could really run with this idea and it would allow them to tweak or add new thinks to champions they thought of after the fact. This is just something i though up, maybe someone else has/had the same notion but hey; great minds do think alike. Feel free to post a comment of your take or ideas.
