[Champion Concept] Izum, Demacia's Legion

(too lazy for lore, so it's time for a tldr!) So basically Izum (Pronouned Eye-zum) was an orphan that grew up in Demacia's army. He fights on the front lines and his specialty is that he'll go into any fight, no matter the odds, giving about as many fucks as Kled. Demacia would probably win that battle too. Basically he is so dedicated to the army for raising him that he'll give anything and everything in a battle. Idk I'll think of actual lore later. So he's about 6,2 with silver hair. He wears little armor and wields a curved blade and an expanding hextech shield.

Passive: Endless Endurance : Izum gains increasing tenacity and movement speed based on missing health (Very, VERY simple, but I believe it fits him pretty noice. The longer and harder he goes, the harder he can go.)

Q: Setting Strike : Izum Raises his shield and reduces damage coming from in front of him (he can move). After .75 seconds, he leaps forwards and strikes down, dealing physical damage in an are in front of where he lands. (Idk about .75 seconds, it's just supposed to be an outplay, poke ability, You time it just right to block something then counterattack. The leap part of the ability can not be Feinted. The leap is a pretty good sized range, however it is a set range)

W: Feint : Izum cancels whatever ability he is using and become briefly untargetable and dashes a short distance backwards. (Just an outplay tool. The dash and the cancel happen at the same time)

E: Surge of strength : Izum dashes a very short distance forward, stunning and knocking back all enemies hit. He then thrusts his sword forward, dealing high damage in a thin hitbox. (They are knocked to about the very edge of the stab range)

R: Unrelenting Strikes : Izum charges a short time after cast, then strikes down in front of him. The second strike takes longer, does more damage, and has higher range. The third strike does its damage in a semicircle in front of Izum and slows enemies hit. (This is not an ultimate ability. He can move while casting.)

So I'm not the best at champion concepts, so any thoughts or constructive criticism would be nice.
