Will there be new hextech exclusive skins in the near future?

The only 2 skins available only to hextech are hextech annie and soulstealer vayne, both of which are very underwhelming considering how hard it is and how much money it takes to get them. So will there be any new skins added to the lineup of hextech exclusive skins/ skins that cost 10 gemstones? Also will pulsefire exreal be change? it kind of sucks right now so im just asking.
