Roxx, The Silent Guardian (extra-lore included from Freljord!)

LORE

TL;DR: A rock-icy guardian able to move and think that was created by after she lost her sight due to the Ursine, back when she was more human than witch and not iceborn yet. She then was able to give him humanity thanks to .

"Raise my child. You will become my shield and my eyes, as I, Lissandra, have given you both life and a purpose to live. I shall call you Roxx, The Silent Guardian". ... And so the years passed, I was able to do my duty and protect my master, as time passed she started "improving" me, giving me unimaginable power and a skin of "true ice". For some reason though, she seemed what people call "sad": I remember how she used to tell me tales of the majestic Freljord, great stories of war and peace, but then she stopped. As the time passed, it looked like she started losing interest in me, I didn't know it at the time, but it wasn't because of me, only today I realize that she was sad because I couldn't feel happiness. It made sense though: a golem made of ice would never be able to feel human emotions. But, one particular day, Lissandra invited home a strange creature, he said that he was an expert in "these kind of things". In my life I've never seen a demon, but the sight of him was just enough to know. It was just a snap of his fingers, then, a beautiful beam of light scattered from Lissandra and came close to me. A second after, I was able to feel human emotions, the demon took out all the good that was in my master and put it on me, what was left of her was nothing but hatred and vengeance. On the other, I finally knew what being a human is like, I knew it well, because the first thing that I felt, was fear. I am now in the search of finding a mage powerful enough to revert the magic, so one day, I'll be able to protect my beloved one once again.

Abilities (numbers missing, he uses mana anyway)

His kits rolls around the idea of a slow but powerful defender, able to controlling down the enemy so your allies don't get hurt (CC) but at the same time protecting them (utility and auras).

Frozen Being (passive): all basic attacks directed against Roxx slow the enemy by 10% for 2 seconds, stacking up to 3 times.

Alert! (passive): Roxx is Alerted! every time a nearby ally champion is damaged, going nearby to that ally will give him a small shield (can't be used twice on the same champion in 14/12/10 seconds).

Hammer Time (Q, sorry I'm terrible at naming things): 0.5 seconds delay medium skillshot that roots and damages enemies in the middle for a brief duration or knocks aside if in the outer part, leaving a trial of icy spikes that decay shortly after (both you and your enemies can't walk through them, but you can reactivate the ability to make them go away, instead, your enemis can destroy them to make them go away quicker). Animation: Roxx smashes his hammaxe on the floor (during the cast time you can see where the spikes are going to spawn).

Skin of True Ice (W): Roxx gains a massive shield that lasts for 6 seconds. While the shield is active, you move very slowly, while also getting amor and magic resistence bonus. The longer the shield lasts, the more ice you attire to your body, gaining more and more defensive stats, but also becoming slower as time passes by. At full duration, the shield explodes dealing damage according to your current armor+mr to nearby enemies (note: you go really slow at max duration). You can reactivate the ability after 2 seconds to make the shield disappear, lose the stats bonus and the slow debuff without dealing damage though.

Joint Pain (E): Target ally champion to create a tether for 3 seconds (1000-ish range), during this time, X% of the damage dealt to the target is instead reverted to you, although you get more damage than what you subtract (would be op in tf otherwise, this way you can get punished very hard if you abuse it). The closer you are to your target, the higher the percentage of damage that you subtract, but also higher the damage you take, viceversa if you get further away from each others.

(Ex. at 1000 range your ally instead of 100 damage from a skill he only gets 70, the other 30 are dealt to you PLUS a fair amount that comes from the tether itself. At 500 range your ally would get 40 damage and you 60 PLUS an even higher damage. Random numbers are random.

Guardian's Duty (ultimate): Target ally champion (2500-ish range maybe?) to jump on them after a 0.5 seconds delay, activating automatically a buffed version of Joint Pain (100% of the damage is dealt to you, but you take double the damage) and Skin of True Ice already at max duration but without the slow debuff, both skills last for 4 seconds. Animation: imagine a huge badass ice golem guardian shouting in despair to the sky and then jump on the person you were trying to kill only to protect him/her. That's the idea.

ASPECT

Basically a tall golem made of true ice and rocks with a giant hammaxe (one end is hammer one end is axe) that wields with both hands. Neutral face, unable to make expression, only capable to show his thoughts by his words and maybe with a circle on his face that glows when he talks and feels deep emotions.
