Skarner Rework

This is just an idea I got, when I saw the old Juggernaut Update article, and read in a Dev Corner discussion, hat they wanted to work more on Skarner. It's not a huge rework, and he would probably keep his theme. I was aiming for some better an less frustrating counterplay, while making Skarner players able to make more plays around his Spires.

Passive: Whenever Skarner is in a game, six Crystal Spires will spawn. When Skarner stands on a Spire for at least three seconds, he will erect/claim it (the big middle crystal will begin glowing and float together with the smaller ones) Enemies may neutralise Spires by standing on them for 1.5 seconds. Inside the Spire's zone, Skarner will gain increased health and mana regen, if he stays there for more than 1 second. Skarner's abilities have enhanced effects when he's inside a Spire's zone.

Q: Skarner slashes to deal physical damage to all enemies within range. Procs on-hit effects, including Crystal Venom. I'm still working on it, lots missing because I don't have time to write it in at the moment.
