Ily, the Love Mage <3

I've been making custom champs for years now, but this one is one of my absolute favorites. Haven't worked out the numbers on anything yet, but I love the concept! She would be a roaming support, like Bard, who specializes in moving across the map with her team.

Ily, the Love Mage

ranged, support (550 range, 330 movement speed)

Playtime!(Passive): Ily gains bonus move speed for each nearby allied champion. Additionally, whenever an allied champion comes within a certain range of Ily, they gain a slight move speed boost. An ally can only receive this boost once every 10 seconds.

Attract(Q): Ily releases a heart-shaped projectile in the chosen direction, dealing magic damage to the first enemy champion hit, slowing them, and making them fall in love with Ily with 5 seconds. For the duration, Ily is untargetable by that unit.

Cupquake(W): After a short delay, Ily drops a large cupcake on target area, damaging and stunning any units hit for 1 second. Afterwards, 3 chunks of cupcake remain and can be picked up by allies to restore health.

Bubbles!(E): Ily puts a shield around herself and each nearby allied champion for 4 seconds. Each shield’s value is decreased for each allied champion affected. When a shield is broken, nearby enemies take damage.

Ladybuggy(R): Ily summons the Ladybuggy, a small car that she can drive around in. She can right click it to get in, and press R again to get out. While inside, her movement speed is increased by 30/40/50%, but her autoattacks and other spells are disabled. Additionally, her allies can right click the Ladybuggy to get in, and press any spell key to jump out. The Ladybuggy can be destroyed by enemy champion’s attacks, and gains more maximum health with rank.

Her ult would allow her to ferry her carry (heh) across the river to mid, pick up the mid laner, then meet her jungler and top laner at Baron to contest. Or she could grab her recently respawned allies and drive everyone up to mid lane to defend! Also, being a targetable unit, her allies could even teleport to the buggy! I would love to see something like this in League.

If they could teleport to it, then that would shift control from your champion to their champion. Teleporting to a unit freezes the unit at that spot. This isn't quite the same as teleporting to a zac blob, thresh lantern or Jarvan flag, as those do not move. It's similar to teleporting to Annie's Tibbers, but Annie is still movable. I doubt RIOT would agree to this champion concept, based on those grounds alone.

Passive: Seems fine

Q: 5 seconds is way too long

W: Interesting idea. Seems decent without seeing any numbers.

E: Seems good as well.

R: This is fantastic haha. Would be interesting to see how this would work.

I would change the Q to just make the enemy deal reduced damage. That way it would be more useful as a supporting skill. Make it so enemies can step on cupcake pieces for some counterplay. E seems balanced enough without seeing numbers. Would have to be a pretty weak shield or it would be way to strong to shield everyone that easily with a just a regular ability (Karma has to ult, lux has to target, sona has to be very close to them). I think the ult needs to be tuned more. I love the idea but it just isn't enough. Maybe more speed, or can ram people. idk.
