Aside from Anivia, a lot of the champs here could go for a skin. (Shyv's and Ranmus are pending. Syv's latest, Super Galaxy, has a much more specific audience, and while Ranmus got Guardians, a super cool skin, it was quite some time ago.)

Vermillion is a shade of Red, and Azure is a shade of Blue... So I'm tilted from that.
So if Rammus is the black turtle would win the race or would that be races?
I'm no oriental mythology expert, but I did enough math to know one of them didn't seem to qualify.
