Vel' Kozby
The title basically says it all. Its a smashing idea for a vel' koz skin dressed up like american comedian, Bill Cosby. He would have a turtleneck and maybe an argyle sweater on and of course a large afro. each tentacle would hold a puddin pop and his autoattacks would basically look like he's slapping people with them. His Q would shoot one large puddin pop that would then separate into two smaller puddin pops. and his ulti would just shoot out continous puddin pops in a line.
