Champion Idea: A support or control mage, Elias The Aspect of Order understands the rules and regulations of gravity need to be set by him and followed by others. This allows Elias to decimate anyone who stands in his way and literally crush them under their own weight.

Backstory: The dimensions on the edge of Targon’s influence did not appreciate Zoe tampering with their realities. Her carefree cataclysms caused at random and constant tricking of mortals enraged others of the Targonian Prime. It was here that Elias was chosen. A slave to Zoe’s nonchalant destruction, Elias rose to fight her and once again bring order to the places she has ruined. Elias has tracked her back to the heart of Targonia influence, Runeterra and now sides with Pantheon and his mission to stand against “Aspects, Ascended, demons, and any who wield power so great, it can only destroy.”

Description: Male. Middle aged. Cosmic influences, such as ASol, but humanoid like the other aspects (Taric, Leona, Zoe, Diana). I am not an artist, so i cannot draw the picture in my head.

Abilities:

P- Your auto attacks and abilities apply Lethargy to enemies, slowing their movement and attack speed for 25-35% (based on level) for 2 seconds and causing subsequent abilities or auto attacks to deal 6.5-36.5 (+25% AP) bonus magic damage on-hit to enemies affected with Lethargy.

Q- You send an anomaly of gravitational force to a target area for 5 seconds. At the end of the duration or if your Q is reactivated the area detonates, dealing 60/105/150/195/240 (+55% AP) magic damage. Enemies caught in the detonation are pulled towards the middle. If enemies collide with one another or an obstacle, they are stunned for a short duration (1 second) and take 25/75/125/175/225 (+35% AP) bonus damage. While allies are inside the area of your Q, they are affected by your passive, Lethargy.

Target Range: 1000 AOE Radius (240/270/310/340/370)
Speed: 1200 Cost: 70/80/90/100/110 CD:12/10.5/9/7.5/6

(This Q would look a feel much like Lux's E, with some major differences. The area of this ability would start smaller than Lux's E and outgrow it as you level this ability up. This not only tames his early game lane dominance, but also makes him a formidable foe in team-fights as the game goes on. Instead of applying a slowing field, this ability wouldn't CC enemies immediately. Instead, it would leave a zone on the ground with more potential for CC than Lux's E. Enemies would be drawn into the middle like a Viktor field upon explosion and has an added bonus if you show skill in using the ability, with the short stun like a Sett E and bonus damage if the conditions are met. The damage may seem a little high, but do keep in mind that this would be Elias' ONLY reliable form of damage, outside of auto attacks, much like a Zilean bomb.)

W- Increases the density of target, slowing them and making them take less damage. Grants target 10/20/30/40/50% damage reduction and reduces the target's speed by 60/65/70/75/80% for .5/1/1.5/2/2.5 (+.25 for every 100 ap) seconds.

Range: 800 Cost: 50/55/60/65/70 CD: 8/7.5/7/6.5/6

(This ability is meant to be used in tandem with his E. These abilities are his bread and butter, his identity. Unlike other, traditional heal/shield supports, this ability offers MUCH more skill expression. Its designed to be used with the assumption that someone is about to take damage, and to reduce the amount of damage being taken. Did Zed just ult your adc? Did you just see Kha go invis? You know AP Malphite is charging at you with the intent to ult? Use this with your E to not only give your most important ally 50% damage reduction, but also a short burst of speed as well. It can also be used on enemies. It will still give your enemies the DR, but if used correctly can be a nasty slow and a great way to disengage from 1 or 2 enemies.)

E- Reverse the effects of gravity around you for 2.5/3/3.5/4/4.5/5 seconds. Any ability that would slow a target, instead speeds them up for half the duration and vice versa. Example. Karma shield would shield her ally for 2.5 seconds but, she would SLOW them for 60% for .75 seconds instead of speed them up for 60% for 1.5 seconds. CD and mana cost lowered per level.

Effect Radius: 520 Cost: 90 CD: 14/13/12/11/10

(I picture this ability much like a Sona aura. The area of effect is slightly bigger than her E, but alot smaller than her Q. While within the aura, movement effecting abilities have the OPPOSITE effect, for both your team, and the enemies. Meaning if the enemy Zilean is coming in to E your Darius, instead your Darius will then speed up instead. Snares and other CC effects would still work as intended. This skill probably offers the most skill expression. And I could see the CD of this skill going up by alot. It also offers much counter play for both against your opponents and against you. This skill would also flip your passive for allies sitting in your Q. They would still be effected by Lethargy, but now it gives bonuses to their attack and movement speed instead of negatives.)

R- Quickly affect gravity in a small location first lowering gravity and sending enemies into the air knocking them up for .5 seconds, then increasing gravity to slam them hard on the ground dealing damage equal to 12/14/16% (+2.5% per 100 ap) of their maximum health as magic damage and applying a 99% slow for 1/1.5/2 seconds upon landing.

Target Range: 1000 Effect Radius: 300 Cast time: None Cost: 100 mana CD: 145/120/95 seconds.

(I pictures this ult much like a Malphite ult, without the need to send your own body into danger. And its very unique in that it would literally crush the enemy team under their own "weight." I.E. How beefy they are. As this ult would take into calculation a percentage of every health total hit with the ult and apply that damage to everyone caught in the ability. So, if you catch an Ornn, Sej and Cait in the ult.... Cait is about to be very very low when she lands if she hasnt built any MR or shielding items)
