What do you think? I think they recently reverted it back to the normal passive. This was a bit to overpowered on the PBE while it was up!

I have a suspicion that the Lissandra passive changes were never actually for her. Replace "ice" with "shadows" and suddenly an assassin passive for Evelynn makes sense. Think about it. Lissandra was going to be given a passive that required her to auto-attack? Since Eve is melee and a snowballing assassin, then that passive would play to her, high risk/high reward, jungling style.

you are right in the new patch they give her old passive just more cool down that's all
