Final Boss Veigar Laugh

So, Final Boss Veigar is pretty rad. Hops about the place, deletes all the squishies. However, his laugh is really soft. Like, can't be heard over the sound of battle. Is he not supposed to be a hammy final boss? He needs a hammy evil laugh. You could even keep the same voiceover, and just turn up the volume.
