Blacksmith Champ?

Hey, I just thought up this idea and thought it seemed cool, so I decided to post it here before I forgot it (xD). I think it would be really cool to have a Blacksmith champion that could forge "weapons" for his allies, with an ult that gives a massive AD boost or something. I dunno, I haven't really thought this through properly, but I think it would be a cool champ that would be an unique addition to the support role. Feel free to add anything you think would fit the champion, or reasons you think it wouldn't work :D
