There should be an ultimate Zac skin that changes color every single level and at level 18 he becomes a rainbow Zac.
Else there could be the Lava Zac, Debonair since he needs a suit ( pls do not make him stay green in the debonair), White Chocolate Zac, something for Halloween, whatever just give us a Zac skin. Trundle one would be cool too.
We really don't need a rainbow Zac. Just no.
Does this idea appeal to you at all? It's a possible legendary/ultimate concept for Zac.
Riot has mentioned that Zac is the hardest champion to make new skins for because of how many complex animations he has (all 4 of his skills). While possible, I don't think it's likely that Riot is going to make the most complex type of skin for the champion who's skins are the most complex to make unless Zac REALLY picks up in popularity.
I still think the neatest idea for a Zac skin so far is the unicellular Zac suggestion where you can see a nucleus and other cellular structures inside of him.
