Nocturne Haunting Skin?

One of my friends has the haunting nocturne skin, i play nocturne and i would like to know if i could by any chance get the skin, he told me it was out last year, but will it come again this year?? any suggestions? Nocturne

you can get it from mystery gifting, but just wait till Harrowing since it will be available along with the rest of the old skins, plus some new skins!
