Champion Spotlight: Teemo

Main reason I'm posting this discussion is because I'm a player and hater , but if riot is still giving out teemo hats and teemo everything/merchandise, a lot of people are going to check him out. And to be honest, its already season 4-5 and the CS for Teemo was made in what, S1 or 2? So I think there should be a new more clarified {{summoner:2}} Champion Spotlight on , given the factors I've provided. Please bump, and hope riot sees this. Thanks! (Also, does Riot actually look at these things?)
