I'd like to mention that yes this character is a character from Legends of Runeterra, the card game. She just looks incredible and I'd thought it would've been an incredible idea for her to be in the game as she seems to have relations to characters like Yasuo of all people. My idea is that she'd be played around the top lane or be a gank heavy midlaner. Perhaps she'd be classed as a fighter, or an assassin, but any idea I have isn't exactly set in stone. I'm not exactly the best at naming things so, if you want to come up with ability names, please share them!

Passive - Each time this champion would stun or knock back an enemy, she deals extra damage to that enemy. (Based on level) I liked the idea of her in Runeterra where she got stronger every time you stunned or recalled an enemy, so I thought that this would be a solid substitute for that.

Q - She jumps up into the air, spinning her blade around twice. The first hit deals full damage and the second hit deals half damage. Against minions and monsters this ability deals halved damage on both hits. During this ability, you can cast your E as well. I feel like the scaling on this ability would be pretty high, so the second hit would be devastating had it been for full damage. The second spin would also be staggered somewhat so you could miss the first and hit the second.

W - On cast, for the next three seconds, gain movement speed. Your next auto attack will stun the next unit hit and pull them closer toward you. Because of her size, I'd think she'd be decently slow compared to a champion like teemo or other yordles for that matter. Logically this is because of the size of her blade, of course, so maybe having an ability where she picks up the pace would be nice for her kit.

E - Jump towards something. Upon contact with a wall or person, jump off of them immediately into the specified direction. When jumping off a wall, the first champion hit will take some damage. When jumping off a person, be sent into the shown direction. If she hits another champion, they will take some damage. (Will also proc passive with a .25 second stun) My idea is that this would be the main appealing aspect to her kit. The ability would show your trajectory after the first bounce, like Peggle. Sure, she can't jump over walls, but she has the ability to ping pong off walls and people with the possible chance for a reward out of it. Almost similar to Poppy where you don't want to fight her near a wall. Unlike Poppy, she's also able to use this ability to get away. The leap and jump of the ability would have... halved the range of Camille's E

R - She stabs in the area in front of her dealing heavy amounts of damage. The hit bot would be reminiscent to a Pantheon Q, but, most of the hitbox is damage that is slightly weaker than the main hitbox in the middle of the stab. Ult can only hit one champion, and focuses the champion closest to her. Any champion hit in the middle of the stab is stunned for 1.5 seconds and takes damage that scales with how low of health you are. It was... hard thinking of what her ult could be. But with her knowing Yasuo and all, maybe something reminiscent of his Q could work but I'm not so sure. This one isn't really set in stone as much as Q and E are really. It does sound kind of cool though.

A possible skin upon the first release of this champion could be something like "Infernal Twirler" and follows through with the other infernal skins in the game but I'm not entirely sure. There's a lot an entire dev team could do with a character like this.

Okay so, I like the character. (Riot hasn't been gracious to give me a key for the game even tho ive been playing for 10 years. So i haven't played LoR yet.)

Guessing she is a vatayan. Or a yordle. Would love to see her as a champion. We have two trees, we can have two foxes.

I would love to see her as a top and jungle champion. Mostly because im a jungle main, and the recent junglers just have not really been interesting for me.

Thoughts on your kit.

I do like the theme of her being based on stuns. Its neat, and since it ties into her card from LoR.

Passive: Thematic, but boring. This simply adds damage. You don't play around this at all, or ever think about it. Its a simple flat boost to your abilities.

Recommended change - You deal bonus damage to enemies that have been stunned or displaced within the last 1.5 seconds.

Why this is different? Because you get to time your damage abilities to both your stuns and your teams. You can wait to use a Q until your team stuns your target. Your Q might also have a lower cooldown then your stuns, so you don't always have the bonus damage by yourself.

Q - I like it. I dont know how fast she spins, but gating the damage on two hits makes it fairly balanced. Would recommend it deal full damage on each hit to stunned targets and monsters. Help jungling without pushing insanely fast in lane.

W - Having a stun is of course very important for her passive. I like how it pulls enemies a little. And I also like the move speed aspect. (Due to her size she'd be slow? I can't tell how big she is, but generally being big or small doesn't effect character speed.)

E - I love and Hate this. I like how its a two part dash, but its far to similar to Camile's E. At the same time, I would prefer it go over walls, especially if she could jungle. This character does not have a large amount of mobility other than this.

R - I can see that this was the harder ability to come up with. I do think your onto something with Yasuo's Q. I don't know if she needs a third stun. That could get VERY oppressive. Nobody wants to be one hundred to zero'd while stunned, by a solo fighter/assassin.

Options : Fae stabs forward in target direction, dealing damage, and increased damage for your missing health. (not sure I like gaining damage for your missing hp) If Fae casts R during her E's dash, she instead slashes in an arc. Casting R does not cause her to stop.

What this does? It gives you options. Single target? Just stab, its quick and doesn't take a lot of time. Its not fancy, but it works.

Or you can also Dash with your E, and cast R during the travel time, slashing in an ARC, hitting multiple targets and continuing on the way without stopping.

Or Dash onto a champion, and then dash away from them, casting R while moving away, dealing damage to them while your dashing out of reach. You could use this 1v2 to get a kill and get out. Or possibly kill multiple champions.

The more I think about this champion, the more I want to play it. It sounds super fun.

I feel like this character would be a high base damage, low attack speed physical damage caster that works with Triforce and Black cleaver. Or straight lethality.
