I have a Suggestion...

I think there should be a new champion. Its unlike any other. It can see others abilities and what summoners are up. But this is limited to a number of times in a duration. (ex. Max 3 in the span of 20 minutes) This would be its passive ability. It chooses who you can see. This would also be a support character for the fact it doesn't have an offensive mid laner passive or defensive top laner passive, etc. Its Q would be what the farsight alteration does. But, it has a Cooldown of about 30 seconds. This will not put a ward down. If it spots an enemy it will be a luck of the draw, absolutely nothing, Stun, Slow, Heal or make invulnerable for a maximum of 1.5 seconds. That might seem a bit OP but it also does the opposite to your teammate closest/You. If it Stuns, they get invulnerability, If the enemy gets Invulnerability your teammate gets stunned. This might also take away the aspect of skill but it would be fun to play around with and only gamler type people would play the Champion. Onto her W, A simple slow or heal should do but nothing too crazy to make up for the Q's risky playstyle. Maybe a Passive of every three hits you slow the enemy with a cooldown. Her E is going to be a normal sheild that when casted on an enemy does damage and could do a normal CC of sorts .Her Ult is going to sound anti fun but... If she can manage to channel for a solid 5 seconds, she gains and her entire team (no matter how far away) invulnerability for 2.5 seconds. This will not be stasis like an hourglass but more of like a taric ulti. HOWEVER, she must have 35% HP or less to cast this. And she must not be in combat. This means that she can not use this in fountain. Although of course with the risky q playstyle this was also to have a risky playstyle. If she fails her entire team will recieve a penalty of 5% hp drained over 5 seconds. (Scaling with Missing HP of course) This will lead to the cancellation not being death but just any CC or Damage. This means its very counterable with an invis champ like kha zix or a penetration ADC such as Twitch or caitlyn. A hard counter would be jhin though, for his bouncing grenade does damage to 4 things at the very least. This would of course need tweaks but i think this champion could be called Clair. as in Clairvoyance, an old old old summoner spell. If you want i think this would be a Champion dedicated to those just trying to have fun and not for Ranked or LCS. But, this of course will be used by others in ranked. But that will either be a luck of the draw thing or you could change the kit up a bit to make it more skill oriented. I just thought it would be cool to see a clairvoyance make another entrance with her passive and Q being able to see summoners and where they are and making it a support character would be like a more "Get in there!" type of thing to where you could say use your Q into an Ulti to make sure you get the ulti off but it could be detrimental if you get an invuln for them and a stun for you making it a gambler type of thing.
