Fan Art Submission Error

Im trying to submit pictures of artwork. I go threw the process, fill out the fields, chose the picture, hit yes to all the user agreements. Then it comes back at me with 'League Fan Art Showcase, Please Login and try again' Im logged in, in see it top right corner, I log out and back in, used multiple browsers, same result every time, what am I missing???
