When is zed's chroma pack released

On surrender at 20 it says that the shock blade zed chroma pack will be released along side the nasus one and the one.But somehow the zed one is still not released yet? Did riot say the zed chroma pack will be delayed because i don't recall seeing that in surrender at 20.

"Shockblade Zed’s Chroma pack was reverted due to visual glitches, but now it’s back and will be available in store sometime during the Patch 5.15 PBE cycle." Im not sure how to interpret that. does that mean its going to be released during 5.14 live or 5.15 live but playable on 5.15 pbe. Anywho Its coming soon, and i want to be friggen purple zed already. Red one will probably get the second most use.
