How about an ultimative skin for Shaco? Everything changes! It´ll be beautiful!! The boxes changes, the ultimate and shaco on his own are changing the colours to yellow red and blue. The E spell is something weird.

Ultimate skins gets better every year with sona's mode change and udir's maxing a skill form change you are thinking too small. My only guess for when he does get a ultimate is that his boxes will get a particle similar but better than surprise party fid's fear animation.
Tbh, other champs need it more than Shaco.. If you want different colors and dance, play Masked Shaco..
