Joke Concept (Master Ken)

I'm just making a funny Master Ken Champ if, he would be in Lol. Master Ken is the Best Martial Artist with the Only martial arts that is worth studying "Ameri-Do-Te" You can find him on youtube if you don't know him.
This would be his abilities listed as followers

Passive Ameri-Do-Te: Every 3rd auto attack Master Ken hits the enemies groin, those attacks add bonus ad & Ap damage. Also, Double click on target enemy to blink/dash to them (short range) (Cooldown X sec)

Q Tiger Claw: Rakes eyes blinding target for x seconds (Vision blindness) and doing damage.

W Thrust of Freedom: Thrusting at enemy doing damage and knocking them back (short range) and stunning them after stun they are slowed for x seconds.

E Best of all, Worst of none: Master Ken breaks a Crowd control effects and dodges every other enemies attack/abilities for X sec.

R Kill Face short range (% health execute, Think pikes & Cassiopeia R together) Enemies with 10% health or lower and that are looking at Master Ken Die and enemies with higher health that are looking at him panic/Fear in place for X sec and take damage.
