Idea for Enemy Team Summoner Cooldowns

Hello all,

I love the additions of the Baron, Dragon, and Red/Blue Buff cool down timers. I know that many players are used to pressing tab and control-right clicking an enemy champions summoners spells after they are used. What if Riot made it so that once it was Ctrl-Clicked that a timer would start on the enemy summoner spell (the timer looking just like how it looks when a teammate uses a summoner spell)? I think this would be helpful for a lot of teams and individual players because we wont need to look back in chat and instead can just tab to get a general idea of where the cool down is at. I welcome any and all feedback, and remember it's just an idea!
