Idea for Enemy Team Summoner Cooldowns

Hello all,

I love the additions of the Baron, Dragon, and Red/Blue Buff cool down timers. I know that many players are used to pressing tab and control-right clicking an enemy champions summoners spells after they are used. What if Riot made it so that once it was Ctrl-Clicked that a timer would start on the enemy summoner spell (the timer looking just like how it looks when a teammate uses a summoner spell)? I think this would be helpful for a lot of teams and individual players because we wont need to look back in chat and instead can just tab to get a general idea of where the cool down is at. I welcome any and all feedback, and remember it's just an idea!

Also, I am not sure if this post is the correct section as this is my first post.

What if someone pings the summoner spell and it either isn't on cd or it is way off from when it should be up?

I agree that there is a possibility for abuse, but then again there is the possibility for abuse with a few other things in League i.e. int'ing down mid lane, selling all items, ping spam, etc. It would be left to individuals use to sportsmanship and honesty in the game.
