Passive SOUL ENERGY Morgana's basic attacks deal (+75% AP)(75% AD). She restore 5% of that damage as health and mana.

Q DARK ENERGY (60 Mana 14/13/12/11/10 Cooldown 1300 Range)(Skillshot) Using dark forces, Morgana creates a trap. The trap changes depending on what type of unit was hit. If DARK ENERGY hits a Champion or Large Monster, they are rooted for 2/2.5/3/3.5/4 seconds and dealt (+ 25% AP) damage. If DARK ENERGY hits an Epic, Small or Medium Monster, Minion or reaches the end of the range without hitting anything, DARK ENERGY becomes a 200 radius area. The area slows by 20% and deals 75/90/105/120/135 (+ 15% AP) damage every 4.5/3.5/2.5/1.5/0.5 seconds for 6 seconds.

W DIVINE ELEGANCE (120 Mana 20/17.5/15/12.5/10 Cooldown)(Buff) Morgana gains +( 10/15/20/25/30% AP) speed, ignores unit collision, can move through walls and increases SOUL ENERGY to (+ 150% AP)(+ 150% AD) for 5 seconds.

E INFUSE (30 Mana 25 Cooldown 1300 Range)(Point and Click) Passive: Heal 10% of all magic damage you deal. Active: Morgana connect's her spirit with and ally for 7 seconds. They cannot move more then 1300 units away from each other. Morgana and her ally heal for 30% of all (adaptive) damage they deal and have + 7/8/9/10/11 Magic Penetration and Lethality.

R ANGELIC ASCENSION (120 Mana 120/90/60 Cooldown)(Buff) Using her Targonian energy, Morgana ascends all of her team. They grow in size, heal (+ 300% AP) and have x 1.5/1.75/2 ability power and damage for 10 seconds.

Passive DIVINITY All of Kayle's damage is converted to either physical or magic, depending on her target's lesser defense.

Q DIVIVE SPEED (20 Mana 20 Cooldown)(Dash) Kayle jumps forward 450 units. Her next basic attack is a critical strike and will heal her for all the damage she deals. Bonus 1: Kayle blinks instead of dashes. Bonus 2: Kayle's critical strikes deal x3 damage instead.

W RECKONING (160 Mana 15 Cooldown 2500 Range)(Skillshot) Kayle shoves her sword into the ground, sending jugemental energy in a direction, slowing units by 10% dealing 75/25/100/125/150 (+ 50% AD) damage to and executing all minions under (+ 200% AD). Bonus 1: Also effects enemies within 400 units of Kayle Bonus 2: Modifier changed from (+ 50% AD) to (+ 175% AD)

E RIGHTEOUS FURY (4 Mana per second 3 Cooldown)(Toggle) Off: Kayle gains + 10/20/30/40/50 bonus AD each time she uses a basic attack. This bonus immediately ends when there are no enemies nearby Kayle or she goes out of combat or when RIGHTEOUS FURY is on. On: Kayle gains + 350 (+ 20% Mana) range and her basic attacks deal 35/45/55/65/75 % of there damage to enemies 100 units away from her target. Bonus 1: Kayle gains 100 range. Bonus 2: Kayle's attacks count as melee. (Kayle can still use Runaan's Hurricane)

R TO TARGON (140/120/100 Cooldown Range)(Buff) Passive: Every time Kayle levels up her ultimate, she ASCENDS, giving one of her basic abilities another effect. Each basic ability can ascend twice. Active: Kayle renders all allies near her LAST for 3/3.5/4 seconds. LAST allies are invulnerable, have x 1.5/2/2.5 increased health regen, + 50/100/150 movement speed and gain 175 range.

i have to say that this is the most overpowered champion kit I've EVER seen, hands down. And that's not counting the numbers, since those are never accurate. Here's why Morgana: Passive: okay, so her autos just scale insanely well as she builds more ap. Fair enough, I guess, but then you remember nashor's tooth and oh god she has the potential to do around 600 per auto. oh, and she'll never die or run out of mana, either, wonderful! Q: A 4 second root or a waveclear tool, alright, that's actually okay, but it's rewarding you for messing up your CC, which shouldn't happen often. you miss and accidentally hit a minion? okay, cool, now you have waveclear. W: She turns into kayn and...improves her auto damage. Alright. For 5 seconds. uh. Are you meaning to make a drain-tank monster that's even harder to kill than a full build mundo? Because you're making a drain-tank monster that's harder to kill than a full build mundo. E: OH JOY SHE HEALS EVEN MORE! R: Massive heal, check, teamwide power spike, check. Do you see a theme, here? You're making her this unkillable monster of a champion that would fit in literally every role possible, succeed wildly, and be useful forever. THIS IS NOT OKAY. On top of that, you've removed Morg's most iconic part of her kit, the black shield, the ability to negate CC effects on an ally is incredibly powerful, and it's WHY you pick her. No, Really, sure, her Q is nice, but there are other champions with more cc and, on top of that, easier to land CC. This character is just flat out insanity on another level. Let's look at it this way. item 3146 makes the average champion harder to kill. She has gunblade on her autos and half of it on her e.

Kayle: Passive: Okay, so you can't build against her, cool. See, her Current passive kind of does the same thing, so I understand what you're trying to do, but the difference is, her current passive needs time to ramp up and shred. You still have resistances towards her, even WHILE they're being shredded. The only chance for countering this is by building a TON of one stat, wasting slots, and then slightly less than the other stat. This takes a lot of time, time that, frankly, nobody can get when they're being touched by an angel with a sword. Q: Oh hey the healing is back. Gapcloser, crit, heal, eh, it could be worse, honestly. But, uh, those additions. Level 6, oh, cool, now she BLINKS, so she can avoid things that are stopped by dashes, like a veigar wall. To be fair, it's a long cooldown, so I can't be too aggressive about it. Until you see the 3X crit at level 11 and just wonder where god is and why does his holy race of warriors enjoy thrusting swords in the rear ends of people so much? That's 3 times your damage. You can do SO MUCH with 3 times damage. You think assassins are bad right now? well, this is someone who is able to build all the same items, and do MORE. Lethality stack and auto crit for more than old Infinity edge? Dear god. W: Okay, cool, line skillshot that does damage, level 6 and she does it in an AOE, and level 11 it just does more damage, actually pretty good. Until you read the second part and realize this girl shreds through minion waves like a flaming god-sword of righteousness through already melted butter. You're gonna have burnt butter, and you're gonna have an angel pushing you into your tower while you're crying for mommy while she destroys everything you hold dear in life. E: Alright, the same E, just that she gains flat stats instead of additional damage added on. It's a toggle, sounds alright. Wait. A toggle. you mean, if your attacks take less than a second, it's free? Okay. Level 6 and she's now an ADC, level 11 and now she's an adc with melee effects. Like the hydra items. Cool. So, uh, now you're pushed into your tower, where you're no longer safe, and she can get more range with mana. Do...do you see an issue here? R: Nope. Let's give EVERYONE RANGE and, mundo, I like ya, so ima give you EVEN MORE HEALTH REGEN, while you're invulnerable, too! Oh and a burst of movement speed to the entire team because yes. The theme this time is "You don't play. I play, you lose, because I told you to." Seriously, with the wide variety of complete BS this kit could pull off with items, you're just asking for death. Past 6, she can't lose fights. And, hell, even pre-6 she really can't since, y'know, guranteed crits. You haven't even specified that you're intending on reducing the critical damage, which is HOW it's balanced in the game, meaning, you've got yourself an issue here. Now, yes, I understand that it's easier to let a kit stand on it's own, but this game isn't one where things exist in a vacuum, items and other champions exist, you have to pay attention to this fact. If you don't, then things become silly. What you've proposed, here, is silly.
