Champion Levels?!?!

Alright so I've been thinking about how level 5 is the highest and not that much to brag about. There should be an unlimited ranking system where the levels keep going and going, not just in champ points. If you get a champ to level 100 you would get a mystery icon or skin or something. This will make players play more and maybe even try harder in games. The other thing is with the champion points at the end of each month it will reset the points but not the levels it will make it so that if you have around say 10k for Ezreal or someone you would get RP at the end of the month based on your highest points for your top 3 champs. 1000 Points = 25 rp (or something along that line) not much but people will play more and if you lose you dont get as much so people can earn free rp by playing the game! It's just an idea I had in mind tell me what you think :D
