Justicar Zed skin ?

So i saw this skin from another post but it was kinda old but zed still deserves a new skin, ShockBlade zed and another locked one isnt enough Even zac got a new skin and chroma packs , even though zed is getting new chroma pack , he still deserves a skin and this one is really good. I dont really have the effects of the abilities in mind yet but i would love to see this idea out in league some day, If a rioter comes by here please check this out and i give full credit to the editor/creator of this skin .
