Stats: HP: 560 (+85) HP Regen: 8.5 (+.75) Mana: 280 (+40) Mana Regen: 7 (+7.5) AD: 57 (+4) Range: 125 Melee Armor: 30 (+3.5) Magic Resist: 32 (+1.25) Attack Speed: .625 (+2.11%) Movement Speed: 335

Passive: The Immovable Object: Cannot be moved by enemy displacements or carried by allies

Q: Staggered Pummel (CD 5) 40 Mana Empowers next attack, dealing bonus damage equal to 5/6/7/8/9% of health slowing target by 50% for one second if attacking within one second. If next basic attack is after one second and before three seconds, does double damage instead of slowing.

W: Unbreakable Choke (CD 21/19/17/15/13) 70 Mana Stahl grabs an enemy champion, dealing stunning them for 1 second as he drags them, slowing himself by 45/40/35/30/25/% during the duration.

E: Bunker Down (CD 13/12/11/10/9) 50 Mana Enters a parry state for up to .5/.75/1/1.25/1.5 second, if dashed near, releases a chemical spray that stuns all enemies in a small radius for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2 seconds.

R: Parity (CD 140/120/100) 100 Mana Scans target enemy. Stahl is able to cast their ultimate, sharing it’s cooldown and mana cost. Damage scaling is changed from AD/AP to Armor/MR respectively. Parity can only be changed while scanned ultimate is on cooldown

Brief Lore: The son of a chembaron slain by Urgot, Stahl has seen the power of Zaun first hand. Barely a man, Stahl has been forced to overtake his late father’s weapons empire, becoming what he grew to despise, a chembaron. As one of few people to advocate for the differences between Zaun and Piltover to be put aside, Stahl utilizes both Chemtech and Hextech. Much of his body has been augmented to increase his physical strength. His suit of cloth-like armor dubbed “Sentinel Armor” is powered by a hex-crystal in the shoulder that resists all but the strongest external forces. Stahl now waits patiently for Urgot to test him.

Quotes: Moving Zaun will be redeemed Things are gonna change, I can feel it A new era is starting

Attacking We’re better than this Listen to me I’m doing this to help you

Taunt Just ‘cuz you got a big stick doesn't mean you go around hitting people with it If you look scary enough you don’t need to fight

Joke: “I need a breather” Stahl takes off his mask before receiving gunfire and ducking down “How do you guys do this?”

Interactions Ulted by Malphite: Looks like I win Taunting Xin Zhao: I’ve got your answer right here Taunting Urgot: I’m ready for my test Pull a champion away from a Piltover ally: Remember what Zaun has done for you Nearby Zaunite dies: At least you won’t get in my way

But how does one play Stahl? Warden is the name of the game with Stahl. You have two realistic options. Support and Top (Maybe mid as a Galio-esque anti-assassin?)

Support you’re gonna act like a Shen support. Max W, Q, E, peel like you have scurvy. You’re gonna want to build tanky utility items to help your ADC. If you want to be offensive, rush people down and Ghetto-Skarner a carry into your carry, start an Amulet Coin. Your more defensive option is Relic Shield. You’ll give an extra shield/heal, something you don’t provide with your kit. Choose Ruby Sightstone and build your Talisman/FotM. Zeke’s Convergence is a great item to build, especially if you’re going against something where you can steal a low CD ulti I.E. Kog’Maw.

Top you’re gonna play like… a Shen. Max Q, E, W if you’re going against someone who can dash, or Q, W, E if you aren’t. You are a late-game supertank. You’re gonna be kicked around like a Maokai in lane. You have no range, no dashes, no speed ups. Have fun with that. Stahl until you can get a Iceborn Gauntlet or Titanic Hydra as your damage item then Bunker Down by buying all your defensive items.

Stahl has the unique ability to utilize his enemy’s picks against them. There are good options to ulti and bad options. Bad options to ulti are ones where the champion relies on their kit to effectively utilize their ulti. Examples of bad Parity options are Fiora, Diana, Yasuo. Great picks are one that are very defensive and utilitarian, Shen, Thresh, the like. There is also straight damage ultis which could work better in the late game as your ulti changes the scaling from AD/AP to Armor/MR. Cho’Gath’s ulti has a 650 base damage and a 50% AP scaling. If you have 200 MR your Parity Feast is going to be doing 750 true damage. An assassin that jumps on your backline gets stunned, dragged away, and Feasted on for 750 true damage is probably gonna be a bit wary the next time they go for your carry.

Stahl’s main weaknesses are being slowed and kited. Ashe, Caitlyn, most ADCs, are not going to be something you can take on single handedly. You are an anti-assassin that needs to stay with their team.

In;b4 How will a single champion do all the ulti animations? I envision when he activates Parity, Stahl will pull out a little gadget that scans the enemy and then pulls it again out whenever he activates the enemy ulti.
