SO the shadow Isles has a library _ base concept for champ brainstorm with me ?
why do we not have a mad librarian champion who clings to the past made immortal by books and stuff ?

Ryze kinda filled that role with his scroll in the past, imo. But since he is collecting the world runes in this petricite vault, the space is left open again it seems.
Could be interesting to have some sort of librarian as a champion. But they would have to give it some twist to not make him the cliche mage with a foliant.
