The idea behind this champion is similar to Helmet Bro, except A it's serious and B he's a support/fighter. He's capable of increasing teammates' effectiveness on the field, and specializes in taking on priority targets. A possible surname could be Lichtenberg, but I'm not good with names.

Lore: Demacia is known for its incredibly talented and well trained soldiers, who regularly fight foes that outnumber them greatly, and [Insert Name Here]'s is a Field Officer in the King's Guard, Garen's soldiers. As such, he is responsible for battlefield strategy and morale. He regularly contests with champions like Sion /Urgot /Darius and their own forces. Other than being an exceptional soldier, he is just a normal Demacian Commoner who is at the end of the day very much human. He's so formidable, because he looks to end conflicts quickly, or prevent them entirely, by ending the lives of who or whatever he and his men have been ordered to. No glory or room for dramatics, because war is business.

Abilities: Passive - Being near ally champions grants one of two bonuses, being based on the ally's stats so far. If the ally has dealt a certain amount of damage to enemy champions then you gain AD, and if they've got enough HP/Armor then you gain %damage reduction. One bonus per ally. Q - Active: An AA reset that deals increased damage to enemy champions if you hit them first. It will also mark them for allies. Passive: Enemies who are marked are revealed and gain a stack of 'Targeted'. Allies who attack 'Targeted' enemies consume the mark and deal Physical damage. W - Demacian Bulwark: Raising your Demacian enchanted shield, you can intercept projectiles and mitigate some CC. If you're hit with a stun, you are still stunned but for only .5 seconds. this applies to other cc as well. With your shield raised you can't AA and it drains mana. E - Blade's Bite: You AA in a cone in front of. It is wide, but short, and if you can hit an enemy with 3 in a row they are slightly knocked back. Works on a charge system and an extremely short cool down. R - The King's Guard: Passive - If an enemy marked with Q's 'Targeted' is killed, or if you successfully protect an ally with W, then both you and any nearby allies are healed and granted a small moved speed buff. Active - Grant allies Knowledge of a targeted enemy. They gain %damage reduction based on enemy damage sources (Similar to Camille 's Passive, but it's not a shield) against the target, and deal more damage to them depending on what their stats are currently. They either get flat damage against them, %HP damage, or a mix of both. It depends on how much HP the enemy has.

I like the general concept of a fighter support, who is some kind of commander. It is something we lack and so I would love to see that implemented in the game.

About the kit: Passive: A bit versatile since it is providing the needed bonuses for everyone. Making carries deal more damage and tanks being tankier... Would prefer if you could select 1 bonus at the beginning of the game and the enemy gets informed which one you chose.

Q: Like it. It is simple, almost works like Leona's passive.

W: I would replace it with something else, since that is kinda Braum's niche and what makes him unique. Since it seems like a toggle skill in your description, he would do the Job much better than Braum probably. Especially since it reduces CC for him as well.

E: AoE CC working on a charge system and with proper counterplay since you can just deny him the cc by leaving the zone before he hits for the third time. Great skill in my opinion.

R: What would be the CD of the passive effect? Healing every time you protect someone with your toggle W seems a bit much. The active effect is kinda versatile again... Let's say the enemy has a team comp of 3-4 ad champions. You cast the ult on the adc, being able to kill him faster while your team has resistances against almost their entire team. That seems a bit much. And it functions as a killing steroid for ANY target since it changes from flat damage, to %hp damage or just both. You don't even have to target the adc, just target the enemy ad tank and you get resistances against the enemy adc as well....

I like the concept and design in general, but there is a bit much built in tankiness for the whole team. You provide team wide resistances or damage with passive, have a toggle Braum shield to defend the whole team and another team wide resistance steroid on the ult, which is a damage steroid at the same time. I would like something that gives more interaction as an ultimate and like I said changing the Braum shield because that would just steal another champs niche....
