Champion Creation Justin: The Guardian /Jason: Apex Being

So i spent a lot of time in the hospital and in my school where i got my inspiration for this champion. I present to you; Justin/Jason the shifter. Justin: the Guardian is just another human in the world with no magic, or so he appears. Justin is master soldier tasked with protecting the world from the one of the strongest beings known to exist; Jason. Jason is the apex being. he is sealed away within the body of Justin for fear of him destroying all that stand before him. Abilities: **Justin the Guardian: **Passive - We are all mortal : Justin is just the average human soldier, he start the match with his stats (Ad,Ms,Ar,Ap, and Mr) an average of all other champions in the match Q-_Soldier's Offense _: Justin dashes forward on first cast and slashes, if casted again within 1s of initial cast, Justin slashes again a second time in the direction of the cursor
W-Archaic Shout : Justin brings fourth the sounds of battle with a shout that even the fight by decreasing his foes Mr and Ar E - Combat Mastery : Justin learns the fighting style of his foe gaining advantage over them in combat, based on recent damage taken Justin gain additional AD for a short duration of time R - Succumb : Justin falls to the power of Jason, becoming the apex being for a limited time, his abilities change until the duration is over active additional - Apex Being : Jason is the apex Being of all things, turning into him increases Justins base states by 2%

Jason The Apex Being : Passive - Bloodlust : Jason craves to destroy all that oppose him. Jason must be in combat to keep his form or he will revert back to Justin if out of combat with enemy champions or large monsters for longer than 20 seconds Q - Lay Waste : Justin Destroys the ground around him causing the terrain to become difficult to move across (slow) and doing some damage to enemies hit by the ability w -Bear Witness : Jason's ultimate power brings all that see see his strength to him in awe (taunt) E - No Escape : Jason moves faster than the eye can see and dashes to another location nearby (blink) R - Eclipse : Jason raises his fist and drives it forward with the power of the sun doing AOE damage in a short dash forward passive - Blinding Power : Enemies hit by ECLIPSE will be blinded (shorter vision like Graves smoke grenade) by light for a short duration

As i said i spent a lot of time working on this and also have spent a great deal of time in the hospital so i would love to even get a champion that has been influenced by this to by put into the rift, please help me get this worked on and submitted for a rioter to see :) Have a great day wwjd23wjd
