HOW TO REPLAY ANY ROFL FILE
The replay-app only checks for file names, so if you replace one of your own downloaded replays with another file with the exact same name, you will be able to watch that replay instead.
lets say you have a rofl-file named myreplay.rofl. This is how to watch it.

Download any file for your game (for example EUW1-3061300944.rofl)

put the myreplay.rofl file you want to play into the folder with all replays (C:\Users\myname\Documents\League of Legends\Replays)

copy the name "EUW1-3061300944.rofl", delete the file, then rename your file (myreplay.rofl) to the name of the old replay (myreplay.rofl is renamed into EUW1-3061300944.rofl)

click watch replay in you lol client. It will open your replay.
