The Ability to Mute Yourself - UNBINDING Return/Enter Key

Hello, Riot, and friends!

A lot of our students at the University of California, Santa Cruz, were having a discussion regarding the chats, and toxicity behavior that comes around for many individuals. It came to a conclusion, that perhaps to lower the rate's by an high-amount would be to allow summoners to mute themselves, and or unbind their return/enter keys.

We think this is an excellent strategy to help those, whose moods are perhaps not the greatest on a specific day, are going through other lively things, that may cause them to be cranky, and not respectful. This in turn, will help many to conquer their toxic behavior, resulting in a great environment for League.

Please, I request Riot, to look into this suggestion, and other players, to please consider this, and push this agenda, for a great environment here at League!
