Blood Moon Jhin

Not my art, (link will provide the original artist) but I thought this would be a good skin. It fiits well thematically the animations could be quite sick and it even fits in with the mini-lore of the Blood Moon skin line. Jhin must have made quite a name for himself in Ionia so it would fit in quite well with the whole "Blood moon skins are champions portrayed as in Ionian folklore".
