He's an uninteresting and dare I say bland character. Average "he was unstoppable, but was stopped, but came back and now he's bigger and badder than ever". Dark knights are cool, yeah, but let me just tell you that we've all seen enough of them that they're nothing special anymore(some would even argue that we already have "dark knight" type champs Mordekaiser )

His lore is actually kinda outdated as the League Of Legends(in lore) is no longer existent, and has a lot of holes in it. How does he know Zilean? How does he know Malzahar? Who summoned him to the void? There's only so much you can leave out before a story becomes uninteresting. I suppose this is forgivable seeing as it's a concept from 2011. Maybe the creator could spice up the story a bit if he still cares. Heck, you could probably do it yourself.

And finally, Riot doesn't accept fan-made champion concepts. They'll draw inspiration from your ideas or claim they thought of it first in the event something similar appears in game, but won't outright add your champion to avoid legal bs.

Yea well Your Mordekaiser was fucked over so hard by riot that nobody plays him anymore and he's not really a dark knight , and I don't understand why people wouldn't like to have a Good person die protecting his people and come back evil and chaotic.

The same reason you wouldn't want to see your father, mother, brother, or sister beaten to near death by the enemy only to turn and around and join said enemy.

With the right writer, however, I could see it working. People do love their tragedies.

I couldn't care less about the current state of Mordekaiser. That's Riot's fault, but he does kinda fill the niche.

Just saying, Mordekaiser's lore was updated pretty recently so no, it isn't outdated. Edit: Oh pardon me, I thought you talked about mordekaiser. xD

Not very interesting. He's an odd champion too, due to his scalings and buffs. His passive is boring and probably is OP or UP but not in between.

Just because he/she is level 26 doesn't mean they didn't read the lore. I read most of the lore available when I started and I wasn't even level 2 yet back then.

I was interested in and had been reading the lore of League of Legends long before I actually began playing the game.

I just failed to understand how a Demacian expy of Abysswalker Artorias would trust his safety while in the Void to an insane oracle bent on helping the Void overtake Runeterra, let alone be friends with the time-displaced hermit wizard. Let alone what the heck a Demacian is doing using the Void as fast-travel when I have yet to see any instance in the lore of people actually entering the Void as opposed to seeing into it (as it gazes back into them) or fighting off creatures that have already breached over into Runeterra.

His lore just feels a bit all-over-the-place, and not very compelling. I could see the potential in a warlord dabbling in the powers of the Void and having it bite him in the butt late in his life, but I honestly would see something like that come out of Noxus rather than Demacia, or at the very least having been exiled from Demacia for so much as trying to wield the unholy power of the Void. And of course one would need to be careful to write him in a manner that doesn't seem to evocative of existing champs like Kassadin or Varus.

Yea the lore was very underwhelming it just felt like they just thought hey lets just put this champion here for connections, lets just name drop Demacia because why not. It feel like they don't even know about the characters or faction too well.

You say that like one's Summoner level could at all be correlated to one's reading of official lore mostly presented in out-of-game sources.

Not really its basically a diana circle, and they could always edit it.
