Xerath Skin Concept

So i'm very unfamiliar with how these boards work however I've got a skin idea that i wanna run by the community due to my recent interest in Xerath. The idea I'm going for is a Black Xerath with Yellow highlights, in theory called Eye Of The Storm Xerath, making most of his abilities have a Black color scheme and having a bit of Yellow lightning running through them. The most notable ability would be his Q.. IMO it would look nice if it had a Black underlying tone with maybe a cloudy texture or just a Dark shade, with a jagged Yellow bolt of lightning running through the center. Following the same color scheme and concept, his W would like appear as a dark circle on the ground with a bolt of lightning that would strike the center. As far as the E and the R go i haven't quite tackled the concept of how they would look, but it seems as if the best E design would be something of a cloud with static tracing through it as it flies and his ultimate would likely follow a similar concept, I would love to share a drawing of how it should/could look but i have zero artistic ability, so if anyone wants to tackle that challenge, that would be awesome or if Riot wants to just run with this idea i wouldn't be upset and would probably buy it the second it hit the shop. Wouldn't even be upset if it were more than a 1350 RP skin.
