I remember 2 years ago I saw spirit guard udyr comic and saw the dragon. When someone told me that would be a champion I was super exited .After a long time (1 year) I saw some splash art of Ao Shin .I was like WOW THIS THING IS AWESOME , but then "canceled". We ( the community ) must do something to release him e.g. help them with the kit ( its the only think that's missing ). I'm not so good at English so just read this and tell your ideas.

There was no splash art for him (perhaps you've seen some fanart that looked good), we've only seen concepts of him. He was never really 'canceled', he was just put on hold a couple of times. He's not coming in 2015 (for sure) and we don't know if he'll come or not in 2016.

His problems during development were (and perhaps still are):

Matching his gameplay with the theme and story.
He never really had a kit.
As for early 2015, nobody is actively working on him.
They wanted to make his animations like of a flying snake, but a lot smoother than Cassiopeia's, and lot more fluid, but they haven't developed the best methods for creating such animations (although they are getting there, with things like Vel'Koz' tentacles or the touches that not many know about that were done with SSW Twitch's tail that make it move a lot smoother). Also, matching a hitbox to such a model that is rigged and animated in a unique way is also a challenge, or so they claim.
Also, they still have to make up-to-date concept art for him since his latest concepts (or so it seems) are from 2013.

And again, we don't really know when he'll come out. We can only assume. But they never said that they delayed him to early 2016 or such, they only said that, since no one is actively working on him (As for early 2015), he probably won't be released in 2015.

Ao shin have been delayed to early 2016. It may be delayed again.
