Nocturne rework (Not mine)
So, I saw someone named "Cake is a lie" post a concept for the nocturne rework. I was gonna reply but it was 2 years old and thread necromancy is annoying imo so i'm just copy-pasting it here.
Passive - Umbra Blades : Every 10 seconds, Nocturne deals 110%/120%/130%/140% of his ad damage on surrounding ennemies and heals himself. The passive level up at level 6 / 11 / 16. Auto attacks don't reduce cooldown passive anymore but the cooldown reduction of Nocturne affect his passive cooldown.
Q - Duskbringer : No change on this one, I think it's not bad.
W - Shroud of Darkness : Passive - Darkness Aura : For each kills or assists of Nocturne, he gains a damage bonus of 0.5%. No maximum %. Active - Dark Protection : Nocturne shields himself with a dark barrier for 1.5 seconds, that's block the next ennemy ability. If the shield don't block an ability nocturne gains a dark cloud instead of his dark barrier for 2.5 seconds, dealing 10/15/20/25/30 (+0.35 AP) in area damage and gains 30 movement speed.
Cost: 100/90/80/70/60 Mana Cooldown : 12 seconds all levels.
E - Agony : Nocturne deals 80/100/120/140/160 (+0.25 AD / AP) as DoT damage during 3 seconds on a ennemy champion. When Nocturne use Agony, he gains a 5/10/15/20/25 ad damage on hit bonus for 5 seconds.
Cost: 80 Mana Range: 550 Cooldown : 14/13/12/11/10 seconds.
R - Paranoïa : Nocturne charges a target and stun it for 1.5/2/2.5 seconds dealing no damage but applying on hit effect. When Nocturne ult someone, the target is marked for 8 seconds. If the target died during the mark duration, Nocturne ult cooldown is reduced by 50%.
Cost: 100 Mana Range: 2000/2750/3500 Cooldown : 100 seconds all levels.
