Officer Master Yi, Officer Talon [ OLD CONCEPT ]
Since Demacia Vice is a thing I would like to share again my Officer concept which I made in 2017 and was inspired by Miami Vice. The AU takes place in the 70's on an island betweetn Ionia and Noxus with a lot of palm trees. ^^ The storyboard ( except the Irelia one ) and the login screen edit were made by my friend.

Story
This alternative universe takes place in a island named Los Sanguine which is the size of Pest and Nograd of Hungary.

This island stands between Noxus and Ionia.

Since the island was unable to decide on the ownership of the island, Ionia was forced to attempt a coup d'état, while Noxus had cruelly cut off the ionian population, which resulted in Ionia occupying more than a quarter of the island and annexed to it’s areas. However, an unknown port city is completely closed in the noxian zone. The Ionian residents fled because they thought they could return to their homes later, but they never let them. However, Ionia offered a compromise that Noxus accepted on the condition that no one could ever put his foot in the city anymore. With Ionia's consent, the city and its area have been closed after the compromise and are strictly guarded. Since then, in contrast though, but they learned to live side by side.
Los Sanguine is an advanced metropolis, similar to Los Angeles, surrounded by a beach and packed with palm trees. ... and the crime rate is very high.
But this is Valoran's only area that best resembles the everyday world of the common people like us. You have to imagine how the Los Angeles of the 70s.
The area around the north of the island became a ghost town. Everything stayed there as residents left it when they fled from there. For example, breakfast on the table, the newspaper of that day, has been untouched for twenty years.
Talon is a 24-year-old rookie officer in downtown Los Sanguine. He's not exactly social, so he does not really come out with his colleagues. But he's doing his job well and not the kind of complainant. He does not even complain about that the police does not provide him a police car, so he has to walk on the dangerous neighborhood where he was completely subordinated. The locals often see him as he sits alone on the bench by drinking vending machine coffee. But despite the appearance, his attention never gets tired.
In the morning, his first trip leads to the center - to look at his position today - where one of his superiors, Yi, is very fond of giving orders to his newcomer. Doesn’t matter if he wants his coffe with or without sugar. In fact, no matter how Talon does the coffe, his superior will never be satisfied.
Yi feels he's rightly behaves like a prince. He's been working almost for ten years at Los Sanguine Police. He is 32 years old and he is convinced he will b retired soon. However, the Colonel does not like that Yi is light-minded, so he slides him down from office worker to fieldwork. And since Talon does not have a car, the Colonel decides Yi will be Talon’s partner.

Don’t even mention it… Since then I don’t even stop at any red lamp! Likely there is no man left in the district who I would not have punished when I was on the field. But at least the cats love me! This district is full of them! By the way, this Kled is always escaping from jail! He should be locked in Alcatraz!
You don’t have to present Kled to Talon. But he was silent about a recidivist criminal and a medical paper madman is his best friend. He often took over the night's supervision to entertain each other. Their personality is completely different, but somehow they came out well with each other.

I don’t think that would be the solution…
Disposition of the Officers are not permanent. It is constantly changing who to monitor which area. Yi was already struggling due to his demote, but soon he will face two other bad news. The Colonel first tells him that he will not be retired for at least ten years, so he could take his job seriously, because he would not have Hawaii for a while. The other thing that the colonel communicates with them is that they will supervise the sealed port for a while.
While Yi is not blurred by the idea, though he is rather disturbed by the fact that he can not see his retirement for a good ten years, Talon is being excited about supervise the abandoned city.

It will be much better than maintaining the order in stupid night clubs to avoid any aggro! There is an aggro every day! I guess people go there only to die. -

... but thanks to the „excellent” Los Sanguine organization, those responsibles have forgotten to tell the armed forces who guarding the closed area that, two policemen will helping their work so it will not be a fortunate to meet.
