How does this jinx skin not exist

You have Deadly Kennen already which is a bit of a marvel reference in my opinion, so why not share it with the character who obviously needs it.

red and black color scheme mask with open eyes, mouth and hair weapons and abilities can have a red military style to them Fishbones can be mounted to the skins rocket so she can shoot guns with other guns. quote examples "Best. idea. ever." "give em hell Fishbones" etc. explosion animation can depict gun pieces breaking and launching apart. joke can toggle a voiced "pew pew" with basic attacks have sound effects she makes give off comic book animations. etc.
