Real Sandbox Mode

Hello, The practice tool is kind of useless since it only allows you to buy anything and is 1v1 only. Will there be an option to move minions, command bots, change items and runes for bots and 5v5 mode? these features would be useful in simulating an actual game scenario rather than an assassins wet dream.
