Rioter comments QOL

So I've been reading the balance team Q&A and I've been going through the riot responses. As they come in I have to refresh the page and lets say I read comment 22 and now there are 50, since I refreshed the page the counter is at 1 so I need to go to 23 and read from there. It's really annoying that I can't just click the arrow a bunch of time rapidly to get to 23 because the arrow changes position based on the length of name of the rioter. Would be nice if you could either simply type in a number or if the arrow position was locked.
