Inviting Discussion= More Red Posts

Remember folks; no one likes getting fussed at. Be sure to invite discussion, rather than take a one way trip down bitchy lane. I, for one, would rather read topics that call for communication, rather than whine posts.

Look down the "Hot" tab of the boards, and you'll see a disturbing lack of red posts. I'm sure there's a reason.
