Summoner Icons appearing half Riot symbols
As the title says, occasionally someones summoner icon appears to be half a riot fist on the boards.
Edit: Missing information.

It seems that there is always a riot fist icon that essentially functions as a placeholder. Summoner icons are then loaded on top of that icon.
