I have not been doing well recently (Normals)

I cannot figure out why. I have played a variety of champions, so that is not the issue. It could be irl stress but I can not think of anything remotely stressful that has happened recently. It has made me not want to join another match, as I do not want to do very bad. What do you do when you go on a losing streak?

My stats: http://www.lolking.net/summoner/na/45584811#matches (note that 2 matches are currently missing as of posting. They were a Syndra 6-14 and a Mordekaiser 13-15.)

Bad streaks are normal. Take a day or two off, maybe play a little coop versus ai to build some confidence, then get back on the rift! If you're laning, play a little more passive, and overall just focus on the positives.

  1. Take a break. I have a friend who stops playing if he loses two games -- he figures that means he's too tired to play at his best.

  2. Learn a little theory. Read a pro guide, watch a few tutorial videos, practice some mechanics in a custom game. When you understand your champion better (or maybe your opponents'), you'll know what to expect, and so you'll be able to make informed decisions.
