Suggestion for sub-categories in discussion posts

Would it be helpful for posters to be able to insert sub-links into a post so that they can put a little "table of contents" at the beginning of really long posts?

There are already special forum codes for showing champion, summoner spell, and item icons. My idea would be something maybe similar where the code for the sub-link is some text enclosed with "{{[" and "]}}" and prefixed with ">" and "
