[CLIENT] Odd message that seems to proc LeaverBuster

I just tried to cancel searching for a game ("Match me with teammates" on PvP SR BP), and I got a message that said something along the lines that I couldn't cancel because of a match that was about to be made. (I hadn't yet been shown the dialog to accept the match.) There was a single "OK" button on the message box, which I clicked and I was canceled out of matchmaking, but then the next time I tried to join a game, the LeaverBuster 5-minute ban message appeared.

I can understand why I got the ban - declining a match, but the message didn't offer a method of canceling my cancel, or otherwise let me know that I was declining the match. Clarity and consistency would be helpful here. Any other attempt to leave a match offers a warning and a method to cancel leaving. This (rare) instance should still have that option.
